With a professional foundation in Human Services, Katrina, has devoted years to supporting individuals, families, youth, and communities through programs centered on personal growth, empowerment, and life skills development. This background provides a compassionate and people-centered approach to etiquette instruction, ensuring every student is met with patience, dignity, and encouragement.

In addition to her experience in human services, Katrina Coleman has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, where she developed strong expertise in leadership, problem-solving, communication, professionalism, and organizational excellence. Her technology career sharpened her ability to navigate diverse professional environments, lead with clarity, and understand the importance of polished presentation in today’s modern world.

A recognized leadership award recipient, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, integrity, and service. Her work with multiple adult and youth programs has allowed her to mentor young men and women, helping them build confidence, strengthen character, improve communication, and prepare for academic, professional, and personal success.
